Changing lives by changing minds at Inner Depths Hypnotherapy & Life Coaching
Author, Self-Empowerment Coach, Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, EFT Tapping Therapist, NLP Practitioner, Life Coach
I help people change the way think, so they can change the way they feel, and become more calm relaxed, confident and happy. My first self-development book ‘Your Flight to Happiness: A 7-Step Journey to Emotional Freedom’ was published in May 2016. I gave my book a flying theme, partly because I’m a former air-stewardess who was married to a airline pilot – before my metaphorical ‘Plane Crash’ which I refer to in chapter one. In the seven steps to emotional freedom which follow chapter one, I share the main lessons I learned over the years, which helped me to grow my wings and learn how to fly. Each step or ‘flying lesson’ contains practical tools and techniques as well as inspirational quotes and pages for notes to help the reader grow their own wings. Book may be viewed by clicking here
I initially qualified as a Counsellor in 1998, then as a Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist in 2005, and in 2006 added further qualifications as an EFT practitioner, Life Coach, and NLP practitioner.
I set up my company Inner Depths Hypnotherapy & Life Coaching in 2005, and offer private therapy and life coaching sessions to individual clients, and relationship counselling for couples. I’m based at my private therapy rooms in Altrincham, Cheshire, and also see clients at the prestigious Pall Mall Medical centre on King Street, Manchester city centre.
I’m also a Corporate Wellness Consultant providing in-house workshops and presentations for large and small companies on topics including Stress Management and Positive Thinking, in and around the Manchester and Cheshire areas.
I’ve been a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists since 1997, and work by their code of ethics.
