My approach is to listen to the client’s objectives, take time to consider what support is required and respond by developing and delivering a programme that will help achieve the desired outcomes. Training and coaching is flexible and responsive to the needs of the business or individual. I use a variety of techniques and approaches including online training and workshop facilitation.
I work in partnership with highly respected organisations such as Franklin Covey and the Dorchester Collection Academy to deliver a variety of successful leadership development programmes. My passion for hospitality drove me to join HR in Hospitality where I have been a volunteer Committee member for almost a decade. I’m also a dedicated Trustee of the children’s charity Radio Lollipop.
