As a coach, I work in partnership with my clients in a business-focused, creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

My area of special interest is in Leadership and Team development, based on a wealth of practical experience from my military service and the corporate world. As an ICF-qualified coach I use my coaching skills and leadership experience to help those in senior positions to develop their own leadership skills through the coaching process.

I strongly believe that people, and their personal development, are key for any business and that the continuous development of both leaders and team members is a critical success factor for future business growth.

The return on investment from coaching is generally seen through increased profits derived from reduced personnel turnover, increased productivity and a better working environment.
