Paul has had over 20 years experience senior leadership experience working for some of the countries top blue chip retailers. Having being used to working long hours, suffering from stress and eating the wrong foods, which led to him being 4 stone overweight. Paul discovered NLP (neuro linguistic programming), which is a series of techniques to help you get the most from your mind and lifestyle. Having worked on his own mind, he decided to become a personal trainer. The mind and body are intrinsically linked, so being equipped with both of these tools, Paul transformed himself and now helps transform others.
Paul’s approach is to work closely with his clients to help them optimise their performance of their mind & body. Time is something that we can’t manage, but our energy is, so managing ourselves can have one of the biggest impacts on our results.
