In my role as Chief Risk Officer I was accountable for understanding how Risk ( the appreciation of things that can help you or prevent you meeting your plans ) influenced the business strategy and execution and how you can optimise regulatory expectations into the way you deliver for clients.

I am an experienced Chair and have led the business through significant periods of change and Risk & Governance transformation
