Mum of 2 grown up ‘kids’ and wife to an even older one , 20 years as a pharmacist after 1st class hons degree in pharmacy, personal trainer, group fitness & pilates instructor, Nutritional Therapy diploma from College of Naturopathic Medicine, undergoing further studies with the Institute for Functional Medicine (USA) and other courses in the UK such as recently attending a Cancer course run by the Institute for Optimal Nutrition (founder- Patrick holford) in Richmond in May
