In all the commercial general management roles he’s had, Mark learnt early on that the people at the sharp-end usually had the answers – they just had to be asked the right questions, listened to and encouraged and empowered to take responsibility for making it happen.  Mark loves seeing people learn and grow and took the plunge in 2007 to set up a business doing just that – working with business owners, directors and senior managers to help them develop strong, sustainable businesses.

We do many practical business-growth activities like creating a vision, setting goals, customer retention and development, marketing, performance management, etc. but of all the important things the most important thing is how much the individuals grow, particularly in terms of leadership.
