I now look after clients throughout the North West providing guidance through face to face,telephone and social media methods and also through consultations/meetings and by using extensive business networks arranges seminars and presentations for both clients and the wider business community.
I am primarily responsible for building strong, responsive relationships with a diverse range of SME clients with turnover of £500k – £2.5m. I do this by meeting clients to develop a deep understanding of their technology and banking needs, and establishing long lasting relationships based on great communication, trust, simplicity and choice. In the process, I help to develop and grow our LTS portfolio, focusing on the SME environment. I have built an expert knowledge of the full LTS product range through extensive training and coaching.
