Kate is an inspiring and insightful Corporate Spoken Word Poet with over 20 years of Senior Leadership experience gained in global, national and regional organisations that she uses for inspiration in her work! Kate is a Fellow of the CIPD, experienced in developing and implementing leadership programmes which often uses the medium of poetry. She uses her gift of word play, rhythm and her empathy and openness to promote the concept that leadership is poetry and that poetry inspires creativity, trust and team working in business. She is passionate about women’s development!!

She explores the power of poetry to make a positive impact in the workplace by showing up in unusual places with spoken word – and ensures everyone has a voice. She collaborates with the elephant in the room!
