Adam joined Aaron & Partners in December 2014 as a solicitor in the Employment team. He has experience working across a wide range of sectors, including financial, retail, facilities management and hospitality.
He advises on all aspect of employment law including contentious and non-contentious work. Adam has expertise in conducting employment tribunal claims where he has conducted the advocacy in multi-day discrimination claims to one-day unfair dismissal claims as well as preparing complex TUPE claims.
Adam also advises on disciplinary and grievance procedures, changes to terms and conditions, restructuring and redundancy procedures, settlement agreements, and senior-level exits. He deals with everyday personnel and HR issues, where he has experience conducting internal hearings.
