2.5 hour business workshop on Time Management in partnership with Sallie Bate of the Coachworks.

Content:

Unless we can effectively manage our workload we cannot be freed up to be the best that we can be. We are swamped with demands on our time, and with the increase in techonology it is difficult to know when we can switch off without losing the next opportunity. Good time management skills are essential for any business person wanting to be at the top of their game; in today’s busy environment is it easy to feel out of control and constantly behind the pace. In a fun and interactive session Sallie will share her tried and tested techniques for getting the most out of your work without burning out.

This workshop will teach you to manage your time better, and will cover:

• Identifying your time wasters
• Understanding how successful people manage their time
• Having a strategy to handle overwhelm
• Understanding how to operate to get the best results
