Colony Wellbeing First Friday – ONLINE
May’s event offers talks and a Q&A session on Menopause and Women’s Health with menopause psychologist Dr Becky Quicke, Hypopressives and pelvic floor expert Michelle Burrows, diet and wellbeing consultant Kerstin Pfeifer and author and podcaster Karen Kelly who will add some amusing anecdotes to the topic via her literary character, Mena.
Colony Wellbeing First Friday is a monthly wellbeing-focused event run by The Colony Networking Group on the first Friday of the month (usually held at Lymm Business Centre).
1 month the event will include an afternoon of short treatments from local therapists at a taster price and the next month there will be a presentation and/or discussion on a wellbeing topic from a local leading expert.

Understanding pelvic floor health and hypopressives as an option. It a unique postural and breathing technique to help lift your pelvic floor, realign your posture and deeply strength your core to allow you to get back out there enjoying exercise and a full social life again!
15.10 – Menopause anecdote by Karen Kelly
15.20 – Kerstin Pfeifer – Spotlight talk on diet and wellbeing tips to improve female health
