Colony Wellbeing First Friday

March’s event offers a FREE and essential introduction to Wills and Pensions.

Content and discussion will include but is not limited to the following:

  • Why you should make a will
  • What happens to you or your family without a will
  • The differences between Wills and POAs (power of attorney) and when to get ether.
  • State versus private pensions
  • Understanding pension basics
  • Pension age
  • Tax benefits
  • Employer contributions
  • Pension gaps due to career breaks
  • Finding your existing pensions

This event will be of particular relevance to anyone without a will or pension in place, those who’ve not reviewed what they may have previously set up, and those with parents who may not have made arrangements, those with beneficiaries such as children, and those with complex family arrangements.

Colony Wellbeing First Friday is a monthly wellbeing-focused event run by The Colony Networking Group on the first Friday of the month at Lymm Business Centre. 1 month it offers the chance to benefit from short treatments at reduced prices from local therapists. The next month sees an informative speaker or panel event focused on a relevant wellbeing topic.

Event runs 14.00 to 15.30 with the option to stay on for further refreshments, questions and to book a private clinic appointment to obtain further advice without fees or obligation.

FREE. Includes talks, refreshments and a no obligation consultation offer.

Donations can be made instead to our annual charity, 1Voice.

If your plans change, please cancel and release your space.
