Colony Wellbeing
Colony Wellbeing First Friday is a monthly wellbeing-focused event run by The Colony Networking Group on the first Friday of the month (usually at Lymm Business Centre).
1 month the event will include an afternoon of short treatments from local therapists at a taster price of just £12.50 and the next month there will be a presentation and/or discussion on a wellbeing topic from a local leading expert.
April’s event will go ahead but will be run online.
Tune in for mind and body exercises and support talks from life coach Aimee Scullin and personal coach Michelle Burrows.

Event runs 14.00 to 15.30.
